Le recyclage des fables ésopiques
Résumé
Jean de La Fontaine's adaptations of Aesop's fables have become a vital part of the French grammar schools' curriculum and a fundamental element of the culture of every Francophone. In that light the author examines how La Fontaine's best-known fable, "The cicada and the ant," has been adapted or parodied by authors, journalists, publicists, and cartoonists, and how the moral of this story has been modified and subverted.Téléchargements
